Know Before You Go

When do gates open?

The festival grounds open at:

Friday September 18th - 4:00pm

Saturday September 19th - 11:00am

What should I bring? To ensure you're comfortable for a full day of music, please bring your own lawn chairs or blankets for seating.

Can I bring my dog? For the safety and comfort of all guests, the festival is a no-pet event. Service animals are the only exception and must have proper documentation and wear their service harness at all times.

Kids 12 and under are free to attend the festival.

Food & Drink

We are proud to host a curated selection of Vermont’s best mobile kitchens. This year’s lineup includes:

  • Butcher & Pantry (Wood-Fired Pizza & BBQ)

  • Spicy Spoke

  • Lazy Cow Ice Cream

  • Café Monette - Friday Night

  • 5th Quarter Butcher + Provisions - Friday Night

  • Plus, a handful of vendors - to be announced soon!

Please note:No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the festival grounds. (Exceptions are made for children’s snacks and baby food).

Parking & Arrival

Address: Ascutney Outdoors, 449 Ski Tow Rd, Brownsville, VT 05037

Parking: Free on-site parking is available in the Lower Gravel Lot. Please follow event signage and flaggers upon arrival.

Carpooling: Space is limited at the mountain; carpooling is highly encouraged!

ADA Parking: Designated accessible parking is located at the top of the main driveway.

Venue Policies

No Firearms: The possession of firearms or weapons of any kind is strictly prohibited on the festival grounds.

No Smoking: The festival grounds are 100% smoke-free and vape-free. Violation of this policy will result in removal from the venue without a refund.

No Tailgating: Tailgating, overnight camping, and RV stays are not permitted in the parking areas or on the grounds.

Alcohol & Bar Service

Brownsville Butcher & Pantry will be operating a full-service bar featuring craft beer, wine, hard cider, and cocktails.

ID Required: You must be 21+ with a valid photo ID to purchase or consume alcohol.

No Outside Alcohol: Per Vermont liquor laws, outside alcohol is strictly prohibited on the property, including the parking lots.

Safety First: We prioritize a safe environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any intoxicated or unruly guests.
